This year 29th April 2023, as previously, we are supporting Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice who provide expert care and support across the Bradford District to people living with life limiting conditions and their families.
It costs around £3,244 for someone to be cared for at home in their final days by a Sue Ryder Hospice at Home Nurse.
We will also be supporting The Community Network Association also known as (CNA) If you are in food crisis and are struggling to feed your family we want to help you.
Supporting vulnerable individuals, community group and families who are struggling with basic food essentials. CNA also work alongside other organisations that provide weekly food banks, supporting and networking with community groups who work with homeless individuals and families in crisis. The CNA has seen a increase in numbers of people / individuals that are using food banks throughout the city of Bradford during these difficult times.
